Terms of Service
Last updated June 26, 2026
1. The service
StreamLoft is a content-planning and analytics tool for live streamers, operated by O'Connor Computing LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use StreamLoft. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
3. Your content
Content you create in StreamLoft (boards, cards, stream notes, finance entries) belongs to you. You grant StreamLoft a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for any purpose beyond running StreamLoft for you.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use StreamLoft to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- transmit malware or conduct denial-of-service attacks
- scrape or harvest data in a way that exceeds normal use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
5. Platform integrations
When you connect a Twitch or YouTube channel, StreamLoft acts on your behalf under those platforms' developer terms. You are responsible for complying with Twitch's and YouTube's terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch or Google.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep StreamLoft available and functional, but we make no uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Where we can, we will give advance notice of significant changes.
7. No warranty
StreamLoft is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, O'Connor Computing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of StreamLoft, including loss of data, lost revenue, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of StreamLoft after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
